The Author Hotline
is
being developed by CW4K, or Creative Writing 4 Kids. They are the company behind a website that enables children to create and publish their own stories online. In its first year it has signed up over 2000 members and has been enthusiastically received by children, parents and teachers. In fact the response has been so encouraging that they are planning a huge expansion of its services. Embedding The Author Hotline into the site is part of that expansion...

I dread to think! (I’ve never reacted well to being told what to do) I wasn’t a big reader though so, if you’d have told me I was going to end up being an author I’m not sure I’d have believed you!

I have a shirt which the England Team all signed for me after my last game

I’m going through a Thai phase

I have been lucky enough to meet Nelson Mandela. Best day of my life. I would like to host dinner party with Nelson Mandela, Bill Clinton, Winston Chrurchill, Ricky Gervais, Jeff Bridges and Angelina Jolie.
Q: What quality do you most admire in a person?
Intelligence and the ability to treat everyone the same (that’s two, I know).
Q: What is the most interesting place you have ever visited?
We played in some interesting places with the England Team: Azerbaijan, Macedonia, South Africa, South Korea…

If you don’t take your chances someone else will take them for you
